" My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort, for which we used a timeshare exchange. Our 2 bedroom villa was clean and well appointed. While the furnishings we a little dated, we loved our screened in porch and lakeside view, with local wildlife in full view. The full onsite restaurant and lounge came in very handy, as the resort is about 15 minutes from downtown New Bern. The New Bern / Crystal Coast area has much to do, historically and otherwise, with many fine restaurants. We visited in April and the area was uncrowded. We will definitely return here!
